Celebrating the Completion of Our 21‑Day Kindness Challenge

Over the past three weeks, our ZestAgain community has been exploring kindness in all its forms:

  • Kindness toward ourselves,
  • Kindness toward others, and
  • Noticing the quiet, everyday kindnesses that surround us.

As our 21Day Kindness Challenge comes to a close, we want to express our deep gratitude to everyone who participated. Your willingness to experiment, reflect, and stretch into new habits has created a ripple of compassion that has been felt across teams, families, and communities.

Below are some reflections shared by participants—real, heartfelt moments of change and insight.

These comments capture the spirit of what kindness practice can unlock.

Week 1: Kindness Toward Myself

“I didn’t realise how rarely I pause to be kind to myself. This week helped me soften my inner voice, and I feel lighter because of it.”

“Giving myself permission to rest felt strange at first, but by the end of the week I noticed I was calmer, clearer, and more patient with others.”

Week 2: Kindness Toward Others

“I found myself being more intentional—slowing down (instead of rushing to get everything done – like I do), listening properly, and offering small acts of care. It changed the tone of my whole week.”

“I realised kindness doesn’t have to be big or dramatic. A smile, a check‑in, a moment of presence… in my head I know it matters BUT I noticed I wasn’t doing it and that matters more than I thought.”

Week 3: Noticing Kindness Around Us

“I started spotting kindness everywhere—tiny gestures I used to overlook. It made me feel more connected to the world around me.”

“Seeing kindness in others reminded me that people are trying, often quietly. It helped me feel more hopeful and less rushed.”

What’s Next: 21Day Mindfulness Challenge Begins September 1st

We’re excited to share that our 21Day Mindfulness Challenge begins on September 1st. More details will be released soon, and we cant wait to invite you into this next chapter of awareness, presence, and gentle selfgrowth.

Every challenge we run at ZestAgain continues to grow, with more and more people joining in. We are genuinely grateful for everyone who chooses to experiment, reflect, and try something different in their life.

Change can feel uncomfortable—but staying the same can be quietly destructive. These small daily practices are how we build healthier habits, stronger boundaries, and more compassionate ways of living and working.

Thank you for being part of this journey. We can’t wait to continue it with you.
