I don’t know about you, but I’m ready for a shift.
The days are stretching longer, the air feels lighter, and I can sense myself emerging from winter hibernation. There’s something about this time of year that invites movement — a gentle nudge to get going again.
To harness that energy, I’ve set myself a goal: another 10km run.
Yes, I’ve signed up for the GC50 Run Festival — a challenge that feels both exciting and a little daunting. I’ve got seven weeks to break my 10 km run goal down into smaller, weekly segments that will help me prepare, stay consistent, and enjoy the day when it arrives.
That’s what I love about goal-setting: it transforms a big idea into doable steps.
Each week becomes a small promise to yourself — a chance to build momentum, confidence, and joy in the process.
As winter closes and spring approaches, I’m asking:
How are you moving with the energy shift that comes with spring?
Maybe it’s a new habit, a walk at sunrise, or simply noticing the change in light and pace.
And if you’re reading this and thinking – are you crazy Sue – I am not running!!! That is OK. You might have a goal that is more you. What is it?
BUT if you are feeling flat or stuck, remember — our 21-Day Mindfulness Challenge starts on September 1st.
This is your last week to sign up so you can receive thoughtful, inspiring emails designed to help you pause, reflect, and reconnect with your own self-kindness. And get in SPRING!
Spring is the perfect time to begin again.
Hope to see you soon for the 21-day challenge or may be join me on the run?
Enjoy a wonderful week
